The following guidelines are designed to protect all web hosting accounts and help ensure the very best service possible with minimal system and service interruption. Your acceptance and purchase of web hosting services provided by Gr8webservices.com indicates your agreement to abide by these policies for the duration of your active account(s).

Willful Violation of these policies with no attempt of correction will result in termination of services. Every attempt will be made on our part to notify you to correct any situation which may violate our current policy.

All web hosting and related services may be used for lawful purposes only. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited but not limited to:

Website Content

No transmission, storage, or presentation of:

Content or data that is in violation of federal, state, or local law
Content that promotes illegal activities.
Content that promotes hate or crime against race, religion, color, creed or gender.
Pirated software, hacker programs & archives, or "warez"
Pornographic, sex oriented and other adult content, nor the merchandising of such materials.
Copyrighted material unless you own the rights or have obtained express written permission for usage.
Content which is threatening or abusive
Content which is protected by trade secret or other laws
Content, data, or any activities that represent invasion of privacy
Content, data, or activities that may be damaging to the host servers or any other server on the Internet.
Pyramid or other illegal soliciting schemes.
Any fraudulent activities, including impersonating any person or entity or forging anyone Else's digital or manual signature.
Links to sites which represent any of the aforementioned content.

Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited but not limited to the following:

Spamming (the sending of unsolicited email) or using an email address or domain that is maintained on a server as reference in conjunction with spamming.
Using scripts and programs that consume excessive CPU time.
Allowing the use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, or auto-responders for users outside your active account.
Resale of disk space for storage or transfer purposes not related to the hosted websites needs or requirements.
Use of servers for backup of files unrelated to the web site of the account.
Resale or remote access to CGI scripts installed on provided servers.
Operation of IRC servers or IRC bots.
Activities that are an invasion of privacy.
Activities that may be damaging to the host servers or any other server on the Internet.
Activities that may degrade performance and integrity of server performance.

Activity which causes harm or serious degradation of service performance to other clients will be grounds for immediate suspension without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion. Activity which results in cancellation of an account will result in forfeiture of fees paid.

Complaints made by other clients or Internet users regarding abuse or other policy violations of an account will be grounds for suspension provided proper proof of such abuse is substantiated.

Indemnity

As a subscriber of gr8webservices hosting service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, service agents and other third party providers from any claims brought by or against you as a result of the use of any offered service.

Canceling your service

You may cancel your web hosting service simply by submitting a support ticket from your current active account with your request. No advance notice is required and no cancellation fee is applied. Fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation are non refundable unless cancellation is requested within the current trial period. This refund is restricted to web hosting fees only and does not apply to fees for domain name registration or other administration services.
